I started my FHA streamline refinance back on Dec 2nd with Freedom Mortgage and due to unpaid late fees with Ocwen I had to show I could pay off the fees. After I did this I did not hear back form Freedom Mortgage and I left voicemail and emails with both my loan officer and the person closing the loan.
Never heard back from them and finally got a hold of someone on Feb 7th and was told they closed my account due to no activity. After reading all these complaints maybe I was saved but now I am forced to refinance at a much higher rate thanks to Freedom mortgage never following up on anything and no communication.
I was never even told they closed the account, I had to keep calling to find this out. DO NOT REFINANCE WITH THEM!!
