So disappointed today.I am going to find another mortgage company asap.

Before I even told him my story and told him what was my request. I was interrupted multiple times just telling me "you did not do that, you did not do that, you....you....". I was not even calling in to complain about the customer service but just want a email or letter showing me my account is current. Of course It took a long time for me to even have chance to speak.

Of course I was told they cannot do that, at least not in 5-7 days. While they kept sending me wrong paper statement of outdated information. They could send wrong statement or letter 2-3 times a week but they cannot help the customer have a peace of mind by sending me an email confirmation that my account is current. Sigh...I have no choice but to find another mortgage company actually listen, take notes and see what we can do to help customer feel at peace.

There are a lot of options.So long Freedom Mortgage.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Way i was treated.
