Ive been playng the paperwork game with them since september 1st 2017 i email papers they mail me 2 weeks later saying things are missing, i send more they say others are missing, i send more and more and they say something is missing, then its all outdated, start over, same thing over and over again, last week they said all they needed was 2 more pay stub so i sent it, then today i get forclosure papers, i call them they tell me papers where missing and out dated, why last week they didnt tell me that....idk what to do anymorr

send everything registered mail...someone has to sign for which case you get a card showing signature. That way when and if you go to can prove that someone signed. Also you can make a copy of the card and send it back to Freedom showing someone signed and it is not your fault they "lost" it

Tried that, they still would claim 1 or 2 documents missing, i resent everything weekly for 9 months straight, they would say certain ones where not there, then things would be outdated and had to start all over...been a nitemare only to end up having them raise my payment instead of lowering it
