Started "streamline" refinance with Freedom in April. It is now October they still cannot close my deal.

I have called numerous times and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. They have put me on hold then hung up the phone this happened several times. The people there are very disrespectful the customer service is very poor. The government should really look into this company and take action they are a fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT CLOSE YOUR LOAN. I have wasted my time and money. I have gone with another local mortgage company who started my loan in September and we are ready to close in October. They accomplished in less than 2 months what Freedom could not in 6 months.

However now after a few weeks of contacting and writing letters for Freedom to release my case number they are unresponsive. This is now holding me up from closing so once again they are screwing me.

Never experienced such bad service this company is the worst. Stay away from this company at all cost they cannot deliver what they promise and their employees are very unprofessional.

Wow! I, too, got the card.

Did a little research online and then I looked at the reviews! And not just the ones on this site but a few more! Holy ***!

This sounds like I would be jumping from frying pan to fire with these guys. Sharpening the scissors to cut up that card right away.

Why didn't I search google for freedom mortgage reviews before I started my streamline refinance.... I'll agree with everything in previous post but .....

Rude employeees ..... They seem to be very nice.... But then again I'm only 45 days past my quoted 45 day time frame to close ... Which means I'm 90 days....

I hope they not thinking of taking me down this path.... I'm giving them 14 more days.... And I'm. Requesting them to release my FHA number back.....

I'd rather start over again now.... Than to wait 7 months like the previous post and start over again later...
