Freedom Mortgage - Customer Service personnel are sloppy and take no ownership in their responsibilities.
I scheduled a closing appointment with freedom Mortgage on line 844-******** on 6/1/16 at 11:25 am EST. I made my appointment to close 6/13/16 at 2pm.
The agent told me to stop my auto-payment and not to start again unless he told me. I receive a call on 6/8 stating i have a closing appointment for that day. I am out of town as I told the agent days earlier. As it turns out he didnt schedule my appointment as agreed and states there is no record.
They tell me its a recorded line, so go back and listen to the call?
Nope, just cant help me. My time is very valuable and these operators take no responsibility or ownership over their actions.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: I want to close when I scheduled on 6/13/16 at 2pm!!!.
Freedom Mortgage Cons: Customer service not responsible, Unorganized.
