Freedom Mortgage - Website is down for payments
I've tried for over 24 hrs, over the span of three days, to pay my bill through the website. The website is timing out.
This company evidently doesn't want to take my money, can't run a website, or is actively trying to ensure people are late with their payments. Did they do server maintenance? If so, why at the beginning of the month when people are trying to pay? Were they hacked?
Couldn't tell you because there's no one available at customer service. All fingers point to incompetence though.
Hopefully I can sell this house and find a decent mortgage company on the next one. This one experience will likely mean I won't go to them for my next mortgage.
Monetary Loss: $400.
