It had been two months in a row that I can't seem to pay my bill on their website. Not sure why I can't do this but is keeps saying error.

IT'S almost like they are trying to get me to pay my bill late for charge lat fee are what ever else they will charge me.

Does't seem that they are a very good company anymore, wish can change to a company that paying my bill is easier. Now I am writing the review so they will still do nothing about the issue since it's already had been two months of the same problem.

Same here. Every month.

I pay all my bills online but Freedom online site does not work. Very irritating.

Even have loaded and tried other browsers. Sucks!

Use your bank account online and make payments through your bankings online Bill Pay. It's not hard

I have the same issues myself. This company hasn't been around but a couple years.

i wish the would sell my loan to a worthiness type company. The website has a heap of *** on it except paying your bill.

If you call in to pay it, they say they can't take payments over the phone? WTF? Make sure if your property taxes have changed you check to see how much it is to catch up the escrow or they'll automatically change your payment to satisfy the escrow amount.

Don't expect them to let you know in a different letter.

You'll have to either mail in the amount to make it up and you can't change the payment amount on your payment screen if you can ever find it. I was told they were updating the website.

They also said that being as I get my disability payment sometimes after the grace period ends they would waive 1 free late charge. never happened and the next nut working there said there wasn't any such waiver.

I asked them how long have they been actually in business and the reply was a couple years. WTF?

Now I have to get back on the phone and waste more of my time screwing with a bunch of dummies all over again about a worthless website for those who are already in the system just to pay my bill.

Fricken crazy ***. SELL MY LOAN TO ANOTHER BETTER BANKING COMPANY BECAUSE FREEDOM MORTGAGE REALLY SUCKS.

Their web site sucks real bad to many logins and never works, and they wont do anything about it . I wish they would sell my loan to someone else.

I used my bank,too take care of this Matter through Pay My Bill. I believe all Bank have it you just have to set it up and it will get to them and you will have a Great recorder of it

This is the first month that I am unable to log on to my freedom account, I have tried Sat. night and Sunday all day which is my only day off work...this is much to my dismay, as I would have enjoyed doing something else.

The Customer Service line is also not available at the hours I have called. I have never been late with a payment in the five years that we have had a mortgage..

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. It seems like Freedom Mortgage is purposely shutting down their on line payment center every weekend and if there is a holiday it will be down for 3 days.

Even if you can log on and make the payment - like during the recent 4th of July - you will be charged a $5 process fee if the late payment falls within that period. For instance, I made my payment on July 4th, and the 5 day grace period was July 5th, but was charged the late fee anyway. Complaint was only explained that the $5 was a valid processing fee.

Today - August 3dr, and I can't log on.

Their web site is down. WILL BE GLAD TO GET RID OF THIS COMPANY!

their customer service is sorry.. I talked to three different people today..

i made three different phone calls to them today. .. Each phone call hoping to get someone that knew what was going on over there. I still don't understand how to log on and make a payment.

Apparently you can't log on through the main web site.. you have to go to another web site.. They won't email you the link to the side web site. Top secret..

and after all of them telling me what to type to go to the side web site to make the payment.. IT never worked.

The are a Crock Of ***.... HORRIBLE COMPANY,,,
